A bit about me

Hi, and thanks for visiting!

My name is Kelly.

I go by "Kelly Doles" at work & "Kelly Pearson," at home. 

I'm from Grand Rapids, Michigan, but I currently live in the frozen tundra of North Dakota. 

My husband and I moved to North Dakota to take our first jobs in TV broadcasting - but we'll be bouncing across the country together as we start our careers.

Mark and I are newlyweds, and proud parents of a delightfully sweet and playful kitten, named Stella. 

While I write a lot (and I mean A LOT) for my job, it's not the kind of creative, expressive writing I enjoy during my free time.
